DROR NADLER   CEO

Dror brings 20 years of global leadership experience in driving adoption of emerging technologies in the marketplace, building strategic partnerships and deploying sales strategies resulting in accelerated revenue growth.

Prior to joining Cellrox, Dror was the Vice President of Global Sales Engineering for Rapid7; a Boston based Information Security Company, where he focused on driving business growth, global expansion and operational efficiencies. Prior to Rapid7, Dror held a variety of new business development, sales and marketing leadership roles throughout his 13-year tenure at EMC Corporation. Most recently he served as a Senior Director of EMC’s Emerging Technologies Center where he was responsible for driving market adoption of newly developed and acquired technologies in the marketplace. Earlier in his career, Dror held several IT, Engineering and business operations roles at Intel Corporation and few small technology startups.

Dror holds an LL.B. degree in Law from IDC Herzeliya, a Master degree in Software Engineering with Honors from Harvard University and an Executive MBA with Honors from Boston University.


Dr. Oren Laadan   CTO

Oren brings extensive experience in research, innovation, and technological leadership, as part of his 15-year professional tenure in the fields of operating systems and virtualization. A graduate of the Israel Defense Forces elite “Talpiot” program, Oren pioneered R&D nascent technologies in cloud computing.

He combines outstanding research skills with a demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver complex software systems to end-users. Prior to co-founding Cellrox, He was a researcher at Columbia University with a focus on computer systems, virtualization, operating systems, cloud computing, security, and mobile computing.

Oren holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Columbia University as well as an M.Sc. in Computer Science and a B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics from Hebrew University.


Ranit Fink   Chief Business Development Officer

Prior to joining Cellrox, Ranit was the founder and CEO of Issue Ltd, a company specializing in offshore software outsource solutions for Hi-Tech companies. Ranit focused on the identification of strategic vendors abroad and on building partnerships with Israeli based Hi-Tech companies, work that generated annual revenue of $15M. Ranit has 7 years’ experience in software development and project management in technology companies.

She was an early joiner of Chromatis Networks which was acquired by Lucent for $4.7 Billion in 2001.

Ranit holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Columbia University and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.


DANNY WANG   Regional VP of Grater China

Brings more than 28 years of experience in sales and management in the U.S. and in APAC.

Before joining Cellrox, Danny served as the Country Manager of Greater China for Red Bend Software, where he had responsibility for sales and operations in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Before joining Redbend, Wang served as the Country Manager of Greater China for Bitfone, where he established the local operation and managed sales in the region.

Prior to Bitfone, he worked for VWeb, a leading chip designer of IP video transfer, as Sales Director of APAC. At VWeb he built up the local sales channel and strategic partnerships which contributed more than 70% of the sales for the company.

Before VWeb, Wang worked at NTS Technology for more than eight years.


Amir Goldstein   Chief Architect

Amir brings over 20 years of experience in the software industry, as technology leader in various companies.

He has extensive expertise in security, storage, networking and cloud computing, along with growing products and R&D teams from incubation to maturity.

Amir is the creator and maintainer of out-of-tree Next3 project, and collaborated the efforts to mainline snapshots support to Ext4.

Amir holds an M.Sc. in Electric Engineering from Tel-Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science from Hebrew University.


Board Members

Omer Eiferman   BOARD MEMBER

Omer co-founded Cellrox with Ranit and Oren and acted as its CEO during the first four years since inception. Prior to joining Cellrox Omer was the CEO of Salio, a Nano technology company, for 6 years. He worked as a partner at Heinemann & Co, a NYC based M&A Investment Bank where he focused on identifying strategic partnering options for early stage technology companies, including merger and acquisition opportunities as well as OEM and distribution partnerships.

Omer has served in a variety of marketing, development and product management roles in technology companies. He managed the US operations of Medisafe and led the M&A process that resulted in the acquisition by Omnicell (OMCL) in 2002 and a realization of an 8 fold return on investment for Medisafe’s investors.

Omer is a graduate of Bar-Ilan University with a degree in Computer Science and Statistics.


Alexander Turkot   Board member

Between 1998 to 2008 Alexander founded several hi-tech start-up companies, worked as a Board Member and Managing Director in several IT and Telecomm companies on behalf of his clients.

In 2008 he brought MySpace to Russia and founded MySpace Russia, a joint venture in partnership with News Corporation — a leading international media holding. During the next 2 years Mr. Turkot was CEO and a Managing Partner of the company.

In November 2010, Mr. Turkot joined Skolkovo Foundation, Russia’s Silicon Valley project, as an Executive Director of IT Cluster, being responsible for initiation and expertise of the incoming IT-projects. During a very short time, Mr. Turkot assembled a professional team that was able to generate a stable pipeline of incoming projects.

Alexander holds an MSc in Computer & Electrical Engineering and a PhD in Economics.


Eliav Azulay-Oz   Board member

Eliav Azulay-Oz is a Managing Partner at Previz Ventures. He is an accomplished business & legal manager, with extensive global experience in setting-up and working with early stage companies as well as advising S&P 500 companies.

Eliav serves as a director on the board of directors of several start-ups in the Medical & Communications sectors, including in Cellrox Ltd. and Lunguard Ltd.

Previously, Eliav served as the General Counsel and Business Development Manager of a number of private and publicly traded companies in the services, defense, and technology sectors. In those capacities, Eliav has successfully developed, organized and managed new business units in a global environment (e.g., USA, Europe, Latin America and Far East).

Eliav has practiced law many years in the United States (NY) and in Israel at a leading global law firm (DLA Piper’s NY Office) and an Israeli based law firm (Yossi Avraham & Co.) and specialized in complex international transactions, financial markets, internet and web-based services, venture capital investments and general commercial matters. He has led and closed international and local transactions ranging from several millions to multi-million dollar transactions.
 Eliav holds a Global MBA from IDC Herzeliya, an LL.M. (Master’s in Law) from NYU, and an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University.


Benny Schnaider   Advisory Board

Benny Co-Founded Ravello systems in 2011 and serves as its President and Chairman of the board. Benny Schnaider was Qumranet's CEO and a Co-Founder. Qumranet developed KVM (leading open source virtualization solution) and SolidICE – Desktop virtualization solution. The company was acquired by Red Hat in 2008. Following the acquisition, Benny serves as a VP of Business Development for Red Hat.

Benny was the CEO and Founder of PentaCom Ltd., a provider of networking products implementing Spatial Reuse Protocol (SRP) for IP based metropolitan networks which was acquired by Cisco in 2000. Benny also co-founded and served on the Board of Directors for P-Cube, a developer of IP service control platforms, which was acquired by Cisco in 2004.

Benny also invests and servers as a board member in several startups. Some examples are: Traffix Systems (acquired by F5 in 2012) and B-Hive (acquired by VMware in 2008), trendIT, OptiCul Diagnostics and Colabo.

Benny has held senior management, engineering and strategic roles at many Silicon-Valley based companies including Cisco Systems, Amdahl/Fujitsu, Hitachi, IDT, Sun Microsystems and 3Com.

Benny holds a Masters degree in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University, and a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Technion (Israel Institute of technology).
